Miaka and GUI, two friends, are sucked inside their computer when Miaka klutzily pours coffee, hot soup and chlorhydric acid on her keyboard, while standing with her feet in a bowl of water and playing with a naked computer wire. There, they meet the evil operating system NakagOS(also known as Windows), intent on taking over every computer in the world. But fear not! TaMacintosh and TasUnix are there, along with their pals Nureturn, ChiriCobol, MitsuCarry, Autoexec.bat and ChiC++. And let's not forget TaMacro, the cat.

Here comes Linux Inverter, a not-so-user-friendly OS who likes to grab a byte as often as possible. Along with her sidekick Gallery (his first name being Picture), they fight the evil Reseau (french for "network", pronounced just like Rezo), the twisted priest, and Shabbillgates, a monstrous dark lord . They are joined in their quest by Zelgadisconnected, a poor sod who has a peculiar curse: he was turned by Reseau into a wrinkled old fart of a granny afraid of everything that remotely touches technology. How will he manage to check his rapidly piling e-mail? Also tagging along is America Online, a pure form of annoyance. Witness such spells as Firebyte, RayPing, Elmekia Link and Master-n-Slave(-Drives)!

The cast of the first season comes back and tries to help Zelgadisconnected cure his curse by using the Claire Bible (also known as the "For Dummies" book collection). New characters: Proxyllos, the trickster server who prevents Linux and her gang from connecting to ICQ and Multi-user, a mode who likes the presence of many young men...Also bonus appearances by Chaos Dragon Gates, Shabbillgates's underling, just as evil as his master, and Phiberoptics, a very fast enemy.
